On May 18th at 1:30 PM BCDC will hold the eighth workshop in the Commission Workshop series. This workshop will focus on, priority actions that BCDC can take related to its Bay Fill Policies. This stage of the Workshop Series is designed to develop options for implementing the regional actions on sea level rise approved by the Commission on October 6, 2016. Workshop 8 will continue to focus on Action 5, which is “Change existing laws, policies and regulations to more fully consider the local and regional impacts of rising sea levels in permitting and decision-making processes as needed.”
